We all have stress in our lives. Some of us can claim more stress than others. Some of us complain about stress more than others. We all handle stress in different ways - some deal quite nicely while others allow it to consume. You know where you fall with stress - how much you have and how you handle it.
I tend to destress by doing one or more of the following:
1. Talking things out with my sister or mom
3. Shower or a Bath
5. Going to work (Kids have a way of making you smile even when everything else is falling apart.)
6. Watching a movie
7. Hugging my dog, Kandy
